The NT6 small-diaphragm condenser microphone is ingeniously designed to handle the most challenging mounting applications, and is also ideal for any situation where an unobtrusive, yet powerful microphone system is required.
Running on standard 48-volt phantom power, it features a 1/2" gold sputtered true condenser transducer in a compact capsule connected to a heavy-duty nickel-plated body by a custom 3 m Kevlar-reinforced cable. Housed inside the body is a low noise balanced output preamplifier that provides a wide dynamic range and full frequency response.
The surface-mount pre-amplifier circuit also features a 2-position (0 dB and -10 dB) variable pad and a 2-position (flat and 80 Hz) variable high-pass filter so you can make adjustments without disturbing the position of the capsule.
