BSW will be closed Dec. 25th in Observance of Christmas. Happy Holidays!
Packed with the same sophisticated electro-acoustic features found in higher-end Neumann microphones, this compact non-modular mic is nevertheless geared for serious production and home recording studios.
The omnidirectional KM183ni is a pressure transducer with a boost of approximately 7 dB at 10 kHz in the free field, and has a flat frequency response in the diffuse sound field. For more distant miking it offers a smooth increase in high-end response, ensuring a crisp sound. It features balanced, phantom-powered output, and is also available in a matte black finish (KM183mt).
Workaholics, consider yourselves warned. You might never run out of ideas for putting this versatile little gem to use.
