Galaxy's Jack-in-the-Box R (model #JIBR) is an RCA combiner. It sums two stereo CD or tape players into one mono (XLR or 1/4") output. This allows two stereo sources to be run though a single mono mixer channel, freeing channels for other uses. Phantom block circuitry prevents interference from two differnet phantom power sources.
